SAGEVIBE, Inc. - a corporation registered in the United States ("SAGEViBE" or "we" or "us") responsible for processing personal data collected through our platform.

  • Chat histories and conversations with your AI companion
  • Knowledge vault entries, uploaded documents, and personal notes
  • Profile information and service preferences

Information Collected Automatically:

  • Usage analytics such as button click counts
  • Device information including IP address and browser type
  • Location data (limited to city information) to enhance location-based services
  • Usage patterns and interaction data to improve and develop our services

Google User Data

Data We Access from Google:

When you sign in with Google OAuth, we access the following Google user data:

  • Your email address
  • Your name (first name and last name)
  • Your Google ID (used as your primary account identifier)

How We Use Google Data:

  • Google ID: Used as your primary account identifier to authenticate your identity and maintain secure access to your SAGEViBE account
  • Email address: Used to communicate with you about our services and added to our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Name: Used to provide personalized recommendations and enhance your experience with your AI companion

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not:

  • Transfer or sell your Google user data to third parties
  • Use your email for personalized or retargeted advertising
  • Use your data to train our AI models

Google API Services Compliance:

SAGEViBE's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Age Requirements

Our Services are not intended for persons under the age of 18. By using SAGEViBE, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS). Our staff may access user data as necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the service. We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve our AI knowledge companion services
  • To personalize your experience and learn from your interactions
  • To send you service communications and updates about SAGEViBE — you can manage your notification preferences in your account settings, though some communications (such as policy update notices) are sent regardless of your preferences
  • To ensure the security and functionality of our platform
  • To evaluate and develop new features and improve service quality
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not engage in "sales" or "sharing" of personal information or process personal information for "targeted advertising" purposes as those terms are defined by U.S. state privacy laws.

We make personal information available to vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as companies that assist us with web hosting, cloud computing and storage, AI model inference, email communications, and customer support. These providers have access only to the information necessary to perform their functions. Please note that AI model providers we use to generate responses process your inputs under their own privacy policies and may have their own data practices. We may also share information when required by law or legal process, to protect rights, property, or safety, or during business transfers with user notification.

We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

You have control over your data:

  • Erasure: Request deletion of your data
  • Portability: Export your data in a portable format
  • Restriction: Limit how we process your data

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data, including all Google user data, at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.

To request data deletion:

  • Include: Your registered email address and account details

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights:

  • Right to know what personal information is collected
  • Right to delete personal information
  • Right to opt-out of sale (we don't sell data)
  • Right to non-discrimination

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this policy. If we make material changes, we may provide you with additional notice through email or platform notifications.
